Meine künstlerische Praxis ist geleitet von den komplexen Widersprüchen der Welt und den daraus entstehenden emotionalen Ambivalenzen. Das Dilemma zwischen Sehnsucht und Zugehörigkeit, Illusion und Wirklichkeit, Imagination und Realität begleitet mein Schaffen. Dem unauflöslichen Widerspruch begegne ich, indem ich eigene Welten, Geborgenheitsräume und Narrative erschaffe.

Medienübergreifend arbeite ich mit textilen Materialien, Zeichnung, Video, Objekten und Installationen. Dabei entstehen vielschichtige, oft mehrdeutige Bildwelten, in denen Pop- und Volkskultur, Glaube, Wissenschaft, Trash und Kunst gleichberechtigt aufeinandertreffen.
Ein zentraler Aspekt meiner Arbeit ist die Auseinandersetzung mit kulturellen Referenzen und historischen Narrativen, die ich in meinem eigenen künstlerischen Kontext neu interpretiere. Besonders in der Arbeit mit textilen Materialien untersuche ich das Spannungsfeld zwischen Alltagsobjekt und symbolischer Aufladung – das Textile begreife ich als kulturellen Speicher von Gemeinschaft, Ideologie und Emotion.

Neben der freien bildenden Kunst realisiere ich außerdem Auftragsarbeiten in den Bereichen Grafik und Illustration.

My artistic practice is guided by the complex contradictions of the world and the emotional ambivalences that arise from them. The dilemma between longing and belonging, illusion and reality, imagination and actuality accompanies my work.
I confront these irresolvable contradictions by creating my own worlds and narratives.

Working across media – including textiles, drawing, video, objects, and installations – I develop multilayered, often ambiguous visual worlds where popular and folk culture, faith, science, trash, and art collide without distinction.
A central aspect of my work is the engagement with cultural references and historical narratives, which I reinterpret within my own artistic context. In recent years, textiles have become a recurring focus, allowing me to explore the tension between the everyday and the symbolic. I work with textiles both as material and as a potent carrier of cultural meaning, embodying community, ideology, and emotion.

Alongside my own artistic projects, I carry out commissioned work in graphic design and illustration.
